Our delivery model is optimized for the delivery of the required components at the least consumption of both internal and external resources possible, within the available constraints of time, availability and, geography.

Delivery Timing For Resource & Cost Efficiency

The timing of delivery of our services are determined by a formula of delivery resources to retention and resource usage.

Often this will mean a delivery timing of smaller increments spread over a period of time to maximize the delivery and minimize use of internal and external resources.

Delivered Components

As part of all of our engagements a set of components is delivered to your organization (including skills transfer discussed below):

• Industry standard Microsoft Visio process diagrams,
• Training materials in Microsoft Word & Power Point,
• Implementation plans,
• Key Performance Indicator monitoring tools,
• Constant Improvement monitoring tools and cycles,

Skills Transfer

A prime objective in any Constant Improvement engagement is to transfer skills to the existing resources within the organization.

The training and development of internal resources to continue the Constant Improvement and Constant Innovation Cycle is always at the top of our priorities and includes development on:

• Documenting process and the required tools,
• Analyzing process improvements,
• Implementation methodologies,
• Training and delivery optimization,
• Key Performance Indicator development & tracking,

Pricing Model

The constant improvement pricing model is based on simplified daily rate structure whether that day is 7 hours or 10 hours. Partial days are billed as portions of a day.

The purpose is to simplify costing for your organization's delivery of internal growth, improvement, and change projects.

No Long Term Contracts

You will never be asked to commit to a long term contract by Constant Improvement. Any consulting agreement is an estimate and can be terminated at any time with payment of the work completed to that point.

The only exception to this is where capital has been committed for set up and in that case all parties will be in agreement before project start with a defined closeout cost at any time.

Billing

Billing is delivered electronically in PDF format at the end of every week and itemizes the following based on the type of engagement

• Time spent by item,
• Expenses as required for the engagement separated by category
  • Transportation (Air / Land / Taxis)
  • Lodging
  • Meals
  • Misc...
