Our team is based in Vancouver & Toronto but available nationally as required. For 2 decades Constant Improvement has had the honour of inspiring & developing performance gains and innovations for teams across a diverse set of industries, sizes of operations, and geographical locations across North America. At the same time building work environments that are respectful, desirable and satisfying to be a member of.
In our pursuit of excellence for our clients we have distilled and developed optimized and innovated operational frameworks, processes, and approaches to be an entrepreneur's and executive's toolkit for process, performance, & innovation. These contain proprietary sets of frameworks and toolsets coupled with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Theory of Constraints TOC, and ISO approaches
